We at Nosensegamers have returned to the world of the internet after several weeks absence to bring you some news that will either shock or delight you.
After many weeks of online arguments between disappointed and satisfied fans it would appear the pressure on Bioware over of the controversial ending to Mass Effect 3 has pushed them into creating new content. The new DLC is to be released during the summer and will feature some form of new epilogue scenes and new cinematics.
But before you unleash your rage upon the internet studio founder Dr Ray Muzyka stated that, “with the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut we think we have struck a good balance in delivering the answers players are looking for while maintaining the team’s artistic vision for the end of this story arc in the Mass Effect universe.”
Hopefully that means that fans on both sides of the argument shall be appeased and the game can finally rest as the finale to one of the greatest game franchises of all time. Especially as Bioware are releasing the DLC completely free of charge, that is until the free status expires on 12 April 2014. The DLC will also require EA Origin registration if your on the PC.
Although details are lacking, do you think this is a necessary move by Bioware or one step to far?
